Responsive strives to foster a business environment that promotes integrity. The company expects everyone (employee, contractors, customers, and vendors) to conduct business legally and ethically.

Compliance and Ethics

Responsive strives to foster a business environment that promotes integrity. The company expects everyone (employee, contractors, customers, and vendors) to conduct business legally and ethically. We have a simple saying: “See something, say something.” If you see a behavior or activity that you think may be unethical or illegal, it’s important that you say something to your supervisor, management, or email the Compliance Office. If you wish to remain anonymous feel free to complete the Complaints and Suggestions form and your voice will be heard.

Honesty and integrity are everyone’s responsibility. This is the foundation we have built and will continue to uphold because integrity and maintaining the highest ethical standards matter. It’s how we commit to do business, treat others, make decisions, and hire and lead our team.

The principles in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct outline the way we conduct business around the world every day. We will follow the law, make ethical decisions, and not compromise our values. In operating by the Code, it is our collective responsibility to take prompt action to resolve any issue or concern that is not consistent with our pledge to integrity. It’s important that we continue to show character and remain transparent in everything we do.
