When we introduced Responsive AI Agents earlier this year, our goal was simple: to put knowledge in the hands of the teams driving growth. This fall, that vision takes a major leap forward.
Across every industry, teams are under pressure to move faster while the work keeps getting harder. As we uncovered in this year’s State of Strategic Response Management (SRM) Report, budgets are tighter, approval processes are longer, and buyers are more self-directed than ever before. More than 80% of organizations said they’re feeling the strain of compressed timelines and rising expectations.
That’s the reality shaping competition today. Market leaders know what it takes to stay ahead, and they’re setting new standards for speed, intelligence, and trust across every pursuit and partnership.
Over the past decade, 2,000+ organizations — including 25% of the Fortune 100 — have trusted Responsive to make knowledge accessible and actionable, helping sales and proposal teams win more opportunities faster. More than 100 companies have worked with us as early adopters of our newest AI agents, shaping this release and the future of Strategic Response Management (SRM).
That real-world experience shows up in every part of the Fall 2025 Release. Each capability was designed with your daily realities in mind: the deadline crunch, the constant change, and the growing need to show measurable impact. The result is a smarter, more connected platform that helps teams focus on the right opportunities, respond faster with trusted knowledge, and demonstrate value at every step.
Together, these advancements mark an important shift from systems built to keep pace, to intelligence built to stay ahead. It’s the next chapter in how Responsive helps organizations transform their knowledge into competitive advantage.
Knowledge. Trust. Scale.
Before we get into the details of what’s new, it’s worth stepping back to look at the foundation. The Fall 2025 Release builds on three principles that continue to guide every advancement in the Responsive Platform. They reflect how teams are moving past pure efficiency and using intelligence as a catalyst for performance.
Great responses start with great knowledge. That’s where intelligence begins. This release strengthens the base that powers every pursuit by helping organizations capture, govern, and activate their specialized expertise.
- KNOWLEDGE is the heartbeat of the Responsive Platform. Every enhancement this fall builds on the idea that better access to knowledge leads to better outcomes. The new Content Health Dashboard shows the state of your knowledge base at a glance and points you to the updates that matter most. Smart Search lets people ask questions naturally and get AI-curated results. Together, these advancements make it easier than ever to put trusted knowledge to work across your business.
- AI only works when people TRUST the output. In Responsive, every AI-generated response is grounded in verified, approved content, protected by governance tools like the industry-leading TRACE Score and Quality Check. With our new Verbatim feature — another industry first — customers can lock language that must not change, so compliance and legal phrasing stay intact while teams move faster with AI.
- And then comes SCALE. Intelligence belongs where work happens. With Ask, Guided Projects, and Agent Studio, Responsive makes it easier for anyone to access trusted knowledge, complete projects independently, and automate routine tasks. These capabilities extend self-service and intelligence across teams, so organizations move faster towards their growth goals.
Knowledge. Trust. Scale. These principles shape how modern organizations compete and grow with the Responsive Platform.

Guided Projects allows us to have a self-service option so RFIs and lower-dollar value RFPs can be bumped up against AI. [And] the TRACE Score really helps my sellers have more faith in the AI.

What’s new in the Fall 2025 Release
The Fall 2025 Release builds on Responsive’s vision of intelligence in motion, powering teams to move seamlessly from qualification to response to continuous improvement. Each new capability was shaped around the critical moments that define Strategic Response Management: choosing where to focus, delivering strong answers fast, and proving that the work made an impact.
Some capabilities are available immediately as General Availability (GA). Others are in our Early Access Program (EAP) so we can optimize their impact. If you’re an existing customer, talk with your Customer Success partner to explore Early Access or start using the GA capabilities now.
It’s been exciting to help shape technology before launch and see how early feedback can improve the final product for everyone. In six months, I expect to have moved from experimenting with these capabilities to making them an integral part of how I work and create

FOUNDATIONS: Sharper knowledge, smarter focus
Speed and intelligence both start with an awareness of what you know and what is being asked of you.
Content Health Dashboard

Strong knowledge is the backbone of every pursuit. The new Content Health Dashboard (GA) gives teams a clear view of how solid that backbone really is. It scores the quality of your organization’s content across accuracy, freshness, and usage, then highlights what needs attention. In a few clicks, teams can clean up duplicates, retire outdated entries, and keep their library in top shape.
The impact is immediate and far-reaching. Agents deliver more accurate results, responses stay compliant, and teams move faster because they trust the information behind every answer. It’s a foundational improvement that ties everything together, turning knowledge from static content into a living system that organizations can trust to perform.
Because we have scaled our Content Library across tens of thousands of users across Microsoft, the possibilities of our users leveraging Responsive AI features to increase the speed and quality of their proposal work is HUGE. We've leveraged AI Draft to produce drafts for sellers, we are seeing users quickly and massively adapt Ask, and now we are on the verge of unleashing Guided Projects to this massive [22K+] seller audience.

Keyword Trends Analysis (GA) adds another layer of intelligence. It scans incoming RFPs and questionnaires to surface emerging buyer priorities and shifting market themes. These insights help teams sharpen their pursuit strategy, refine messaging, and anticipate change.
This analysis also gives strategic response teams a critical tool to elevate their role by sharing field data to inform product direction and shape go-to-market strategy.
QUALIFY: Smarter decisions and insights that shape your strategy
Success starts with focus. The right calls early on shape everything that follows.
Fit Analysis Agent

The new Fit Analysis Agent (EAP) helps teams make faster, more confident qualification decisions by assessing each RFP for fit, risk, and readiness. It flags blockers early, highlights gaps in requirements or capabilities, and gives a transparent fit score with clear reasoning.
With Fit Analysis Agent, teams can better dedicate resources to the opportunities they’re best positioned to win.
RESPOND: Faster, more trusted answers where teams work
Once a pursuit is underway, speed and accuracy matter most.
Smart Search

Smart Search (GA) makes finding the right information effortless. Type a question naturally and get AI-curated results drawn from approved, reliable content. No filters needed.
Verbatim

Verbatim (GA) strengthens compliance and control by keeping approved language intact in AI-generated responses. It gives teams confidence that every answer meets accuracy, consistency, and legal standards.
PACKAGE: Turn every proposal into a winning story
Before a buyer reviews your solution, they read your story. It’s the first thing they’ll see, and the moment that determines whether the rest gets attention.
Executive Summary Agent

When a proposal is ready to go, the Executive Summary Agent (GA) helps teams finish strong. It builds a concise, tailored narrative that highlights your organization’s strengths, aligns with buyer priorities, and reinforces your unique value propositions. It’s fast, focused, and tuned for impact, delivering a clear, confident story that sets the tone on page one.
OPTIMIZE: Clearer insights, measurable impact, and continuous improvement
Every pursuit is a chance to get smarter. The new capabilities in this release turn each project into feedback that makes the next one faster, sharper, and more effective. Teams can see what’s working, fix what’s not, and take action in the moment to drive better outcomes.
ROI Reporting

ROI Reporting (GA) turns activity into evidence. Enhanced dashboards equip proposal and response teams with a clear, visual way to measure performance. They show usage, win rates, efficiency, and time saved, giving leaders clear-cut metrics to demonstrate the strategic value of SRM.
Agent Studio

The enhanced Agent Studio (EAP) gives teams more control and creativity in how they use Responsive AI. It’s now a more intuitive, user-directed low-code environment where anyone can design intelligent agents that fit their unique workflows and goals. Teams can easily build specialized agents for competitive intelligence, content governance, knowledge clean-up, and other high-value use cases, all with natural language.
Instead of relying on fixed automations, teams can now create agents that think and work the way they do, adapting to different contexts, industries, and priorities.
Information is disseminated regularly to our immediate leadership. And because we have been able to achieve so much adoption compared to previous tools, our user community regularly helps promote how much it is helping them in their roles.
Kris McMurray, Sr. Manager, North America RFx Team at JAGGAER & EAP ParticipantLeading the way forward
SRM keeps evolving. So do we. This release deepens intelligence across every stage of an opportunity, from prioritizing the right pursuits to crafting winning responses to proving measurable impact.
You’ll see it when Fit Analysis Agent flags a blocker on page one instead of day five. When Executive Summary Agent transforms a complete proposal into a sharp, custom narrative that instantly lands. When ROI Reporting turns a busy quarter into clear numbers you can share with leadership.
None of this happened in a vacuum. Early adopters pushed us — on accuracy, on control, on making agents practical in real workflows. We’re grateful for it.
If you’re ready to try what’s new, connect with your Customer Success partner about Early Access or start with the GA capabilities today. And if you’ve got ideas for what comes next, we’d love to hear them. We’re building the future of SRM together, one response at a time.
