Responsive Platform FAQs
Our current vendor says their AI goes beyond first drafts. What should we evaluate to determine whether it truly improves end-to-end response outcomes?
If a vendor claims their AI goes beyond first drafts, the key is to look at what happens after the draft is created. Faster drafting is table stakes at this point. What matters now is whether the AI improves the full response process.
Start by evaluating how the AI handles accuracy and trust. Does it ground responses in approved content and show clear citations, like how the Responsive platform does, or does it rely on generic generation? Look for objective validation, such as Responsive's TRACE Score or quality checks, that assess relevance, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
Next, assess workflow impact. Does the AI help extract requirements, route tasks, support reviews, and track progress, or does it stop at content generation? True end-to-end value shows up in how well it reduces back-and-forth, shortens review cycles, and keeps teams aligned.
Finally, look at outcomes, not features. The right solution should improve consistency, reduce rework, support compliance, and generate insights you can reuse across projects. If it only makes drafting faster, you’ll still spend time fixing, validating, and coordinating, just later in the process.
