How does Responsive handle verbatim responses?

Verbatim responses for legal and technical content can be handled by marking specific answers as locked or protected within the Strategic Response Management platform. When content is marked as verbatim in the Content Library, AI preserves it exactly as written and does not change the approved language during drafting.

When the Answering Agent generates a response, it inserts those protected entries without alteration, so contractual clauses, certifications, and regulatory statements stay intact. This gives teams a way to balance automation with strict compliance controls, keeping exact language where it’s required while still using AI to speed up the rest of the RFP response.
