In Response Projects, review tasks can be assigned to any user—such as subject matter experts, legal reviewers, or additional stakeholders—regardless of who owns the project.

These reviewers can access their assigned sections, leave comments, make edits, request changes, and approve content based on the configured workflow (any, all, or sequential). They’re notified when work is ready, and their actions are tracked throughout the process.
