Within the Strategic Response Management platform, the agent reviews uploaded proposals and compares them to approved content in the Content Library to assess solution alignment, compliance readiness, and resource feasibility. It also looks at key performance factors from similar projects, along with available time and staffing, to determine whether the bid is a strong fit.

The agent provides a transparent fit score along with a structured report that highlights requirements, risks, and red flags. Teams can use the Fit Analysis Agent through Ask to get an on-demand assessment, then copy or download the results as a Word or Excel file. By giving revenue and proposal teams objective, document-based qualification insights early in the pursuit process, it supports faster, more confident go/no-go decisions.
