The Responsive platform can support PowerPoint content in RFP workflows, but PowerPoint files aren’t imported directly into a project the same way Word, Excel, or PDF files are. If a PowerPoint needs to be used as part of an RFP response, teams can save it as a PDF and import that file into the platform.

Teams can also use Responsive LookUp in PowerPoint to access approved content from the Content Library, bring in text, graphics, and slides from the document library, and assemble presentation content more efficiently. This helps proposal teams work with PowerPoint-based materials while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved content.
