Responsive Platform FAQs
What is Responsive's Agent Studio, and how can teams use it to build custom agents?
Agent Studio is a no-code environment within the Strategic Response Management (SRM) platform that lets teams build and run custom AI agents for real work, not just experiments.
Instead of writing code, users can describe what they want an agent to do, define where it should pull information from (like the Content Library or approved sources), and set instructions through a guided interface. From there, agents can be deployed to handle specific tasks across the response lifecycle.
Teams use Agent Studio to create agents for use cases like compliance reviews, competitive analysis, content governance, and automated tagging. These agents can run on demand or on a schedule and operate within the same governance framework, ensuring outputs are traceable, controlled, and aligned with business rules.
Once published, agents are available through Ask and can be used alongside built-in capabilities like the Answering Agent and Fit Analysis Agent. Because they’re integrated with Response Projects, they can orchestrate tasks, enforce standards, and contribute to end-to-end workflows.
The key difference is that Agent Studio turns AI into an operational layer, helping teams scale repeatable, governed processes without needing engineering resources.
