What do you like best?

The ability for the tool to recognize key words and then provide either standard responses or once you create a specific answer the database will store the answer for use again based on those key words.

What do you dislike?

The only issue that i’m aware of is how RFP’s are written at times the format can be difficult to upload into the tool. This is not necessarily a RFPIO issue, but improvement in this aspect would make the tool slightly better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We now have a standard place to answer questions from customer RFP’s and it allows multiple users the ability to work in the tool at the same time. The benefits include the ability for multiple people to be in the tool, save answers, create new answers, and assign users specific questions.
