Company Growth

In 2020 alone, RFPIO grew its user base by 50%, reaching more than 150,000 users and has continued their work with enterprise companies like Cigna, Western Union, and Mercer Healthcare to digitally transform their response process.
To keep up with the demand and rapid business expansion, RFPIO increased its global employee headcount by 58%. This is the second consecutive year that RFPIO has experienced this type of growth.

RFPIO signed Iron Mountain, Tealium, Parallel Wireless, BigCommerce and Verizon as new users in 2020, and also continued to support Microsoft, Zoom, Google, and Broadcom.

New Executive Hires

This year, RFPIO added two executives to the company — Vice President of Finance, Jason Hendricks, and Vice President of Global Marketing, Angela Earl. Hendricks is responsible for the finance, accounting, planning, and human resource teams at RFPIO. With a career-long focus on high-tech solutions, he brings more than 25 years of experience leading finance and accounting at companies ranging from Fortune 500, including Intel and WebMD, to SaaS startups. Earl is a marketing leader whose background is focused in B2B technology with previous roles as Chief Revenue Officer at Obility, Founder and President of Haatzama Marketing, and founder and host of MarTalk, a podcast focused on revenue operations. Recently, Earl was recognized by Analytics Insight as one of the 10 Most Impactful Women in Technology in 2020.

Product Launches and Expansions

A wide range of product features were added to RFPIO’s software in 2020, including e-signature, custom reporting that provides advanced and flexible reporting capabilities, tighter translation engine integrations to better serve and support RFPIO’s growing global customer base, and integrations with Google Chat and Microsoft Teams. Additionally, RFPIO launched an industry-first integration with Jira, a product management tool that helps proposal, presales and product teams better collaborate on customer requirements and roadmap planning. All feature enhancements and integrations propel RFPIO’s mission to deliver collaborative, easy-to-use services that enable sales teams to streamline and cut down response time, increasing productivity, efficiency and proposal wins.
